STATE OF EMERGENCY DECLARED AFTER THE FAILED COUP ATTEMPT IN TURKEY
Dear Sir/Madame,
Pursuant to Article 120 of the Turkish Constitution and Article 3 § 1 (b) of the Law on the State of Emergency (Law no. 2935), a nationwide state of emergency has been declared from Thursday, July 21, 2016 (starting from 01:00 am)for a period of ninety days by the Council of Ministers.
An informative note is enclosed herewith for your perusal.
